DETAILS FOR ORDERING

Orders are dispatched next business day (sending orders each day Monday - Thursday) and can be expected to arrive 2-7 business days within Australia.  

All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for receiving your order during business hours or leave a note with your order to authorise your parcel to be left without a signature. 

SHIPPING RATES:
FREE SHIPPING for all orders greater than $200 delivered in Australia.
FLATE RATE shipping applies for other orders in Australia of $9.95 or $15 for Express delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP:
If you live locally and would like to pickup your order, use the code 'studiopickup' at the checkout to remove any shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm your order and organise a suitable pickup time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We no longer ship internationally though please contact us directly if you would like to order and currently live outside of Australia.

We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Please take care when trying clothes on to ensure no pet hair or strong smells are present also.

COMPLETING YOUR RETURN

To complete your return, simply email us (returns@sustainablefashion.com.au) with details of your request and

FREE EXCHANGE

While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge.
We can also exchange for a different item if you like. Any difference will be refunded or if further payment is required we will simply send through an order to complete to pay for the
difference.

REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, all postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

SENDING YOUR RETURN

We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit. 

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
