The Monarch top is a perfect warm weather top, a loose style that floats over your body in a simple A line shape with side splits at the hem. The front is constructed from three panels, all slightly different shapes and the back has a centre back seam to add slight shaping at the back waist. The neckline and armholes are bound in a cotton bias binding and the splits and hem are a narrow roll hem finish.
This version of the Monarch top is made from a super lightweight seersucker fabric. It has added texture by being printed with orb shapes as well as having orb shaped bubbles created by the seersucker process when woven. These types of fabrics were designed to keep the fabric light and off your body to keep cooler in the heat.
This style is prewashed in rainwater at our home studio.
FABRIC
100% cotton including bind. This fabric was made in Japan and is 65gsm weight.
CARE
Handwash or machine wash in cold water with eco-friendly detergent in a wash bag.

Runs true to size for a loose comfortable fit. If you are larger in the bust we recommend going up a size. This fabric has no stretch, it's a lightweight woven.
