This organic cotton tee by Bestowed Clothing is Australian made
Made of a soft organic cotton, this loose top style has a twisted seam front and back that gives a slight asymmetric shape. Finishing slightly longer at the back for extra coverage, this top also has a raw edge so it can be easily shortened if you require. The sleeves are short to make the style more breathable in the hotter months and the sleeves and neckline are coverstitched to finish. This is the perfect sleeved summer top, easy to wear over any style of pants or skirt.
The Cosmos print was designed in-house. Combining the science background from Jason, the astrophysics enthusiasm of Dakotah and the creativity of Sarah, we came up with a combined vision. We wanted the print to be meaningful without being cheesy and just bring a bit of joy into your everyday life.
It features quotes from Professor Brian Cox and Carl Sagan, with a little Moby song thrown in there!
In our current scientific understanding of the universe, we know that every single carbon atom in all life originated in the core of a dying star; all of the atoms of every living being, all the clothes we wear, the food we eat, are all fundamentally interconnected with the rest of the universe, forever. We are the cosmos made conscious and life is the means which the universe understands itself.
This style has been prewashed in rainwater at our home studio.
FABRIC
100% organic cotton (GOTS certified, 150gsm). Fabric is also made in Australia.
CARE
Handwash or gentle machine wash in cold water with a mild eco-friendly detergent.
This garment features a raw edge and that is why we have prewashed it. After subsequent washing it might have a few loose threads. Don’t worry your garment isn’t faulty or unravelling! Just simply trim any of the bits that you don’t like (doesn’t need to be super precise!) and it will be all good to go.

FIT
This style is a loose easy fit. You can downsize for a more fitted look.
